About 10,000 Pakistani Students from 50 Universities Participate In Huawei's 3rd ICT Contest
About 10,000 Pakistani students from 50 universities on Thursday began to participate in the third information and communications technology (ICT) skills competition being held by Chinese systems administration, telecommunications equipment, and administrations organization Huawei as a team with Pakistan's Higher Education Commission (HEC). 

Going for the advancement of ICT industry, technology affirmation and improvement of neighborhood ICT industry ability, the competition was formally propelled at the commission's secretariat Thursday and was gone to by students and employees from conspicuous schools and universities of the nation. 

Saif Chi, Huawei Pakistan CEO, featured the fundamental need ICT competition. He said that the Huawei group will hold workshops and roadshows in universities to make mindfulness about the competition among the students. 

The ICT Competition will help improve the nature of future ICT experts in Pakistan, alongside expanding national ICT  competitiveness, and supporting students crosswise over Pakistan, he said. 

Amid the second ICT competition in 2017, Pakistani students did uncommonly well and anchored second and third positions out of 23 partaking groups. 

Tariq Banuri, administrator of Pakistan's Higher Education Commission, said that the ICT program ought to be reproduced by different associations keeping in mind the end goal to energize an ever increasing number of students to include in enlightening competitions.
